Added some but not all of the colonies that existed on East Coast of the United States prior to it becoming independent regardless if it was at the time of independence. There was many boundary disputes during the colonial era too.

Apparently Water Island appears to have been not part of the USVI and the US for a long time. Made sure the map reflected this.

Washington D.C. mapping part 26.

Uruguay and Paraguay added in as countries. A brief independent country that was located in Brazil also put in.

Added in Brazil as a country during 3 different phases of history including the present one it is in.
