中广网长沙12月26日消息（记者黎政祥）湖南通往革命圣地江西井冈山的快速通道衡炎高速26日正式建成通车。根据国家交通运输部统计，到今年底，湖南省在建和通车高速公路接近5800公里，从2006年的全国第17位，跃居全国第3位。衡炎高速是交通运输部规划的江西吉安至湖南邵阳国家重点公路的一段，也是湘赣两省区域发展的重要运输通道。主线长114.188千米。衡炎高速公路通车后，长沙到炎陵的车程将缩至2小时50分钟。今年湖南省高速公路已完成投资430亿元，超额完成全年计划的10%。目前，湖南省在建的38个高速
